1. Access to the server is a privilege not a right.

0. ANY PLAYER MUST BE TREATED AS "INNOCENT" till the rules violation evidence.

4. Sanctioning players who do not respect one of the "Player Rules" points is based on the severity and / or behavioral history of the player in question.

7. The fail to comply to the rules, are sanctioned with a warningpoints. If the admin accumulates 3 warningoints in less than 1 month, the admin is downgraded (-1), a warning has 1 month of validity. (Depending on the seriousness of the sanction and the behavior of the admin in question, he can be (decided by the server management) banned from the community)
ATENTION! MAPS USE TIME !
23:00 - 10:00 de_dust2 is mostly used. And if the number of active players exceeds, cand be use classic maps.
10:00 - 15:00 the time when all the maps on the server can use, but it depending also on the number of players.
15:00 - 23:00 the time when most classic maps are used: de_dust2 , de_inferno , de_kabul_32 depending on the number of players other maps can be used by voting ( de_barcelona, de_inferno, de_alexandra, de_train, de_nuke , de_westwood, de_aztec, de_assault ...)
USE OF COMMANDS AND SANCTIONS
1. Players who will be warned with gag / kick having inappropriate behavior , will be banned at the admin's decision if they continue with this behavior like injuries , spamming etc.
1.2 If within 24 hours of the first penalty the player in question continues to break the rules, this leads to a permanent ban remaining at the admin / moderator's attitude depending on the situation at the time.
2.Slay / slap
2.1 These orders are only given in the last 40 seconds of the game to those who abuse CAMPING.
2.2 On some maps these commands are also given to the players who hide .
2.3 After 3 penalties of this kind in a shorter period of time, less than 24 hours after the first warning, the immediate sanction will be 120 minutes ban up to permanent ban remaining at admin's attitude.
3. TEMPORARY BAN The player's regular banning order is applied in the following cases:
Has received several gag sanctions
Ignored the decision of an admin
Insulted admins / server.
4. PERMANENT BAN The permanent ban is applied in the following cases:
advertising on the server (regardless of nature)
use of cheats (mandatory demo)
insulting the admins or the server
repeatedly breaking the rule.
5. KICK command is used only if the admin follows a suspect and can not access it .
(example:! Kick xeno Retry)
5.1 Helpers can access this command to kick a player until another admin with ban acces come online.
6.1 For bomb camping - sanctioned with a "slap" then "slay", afterwards the player will be banned for 30 minutes.
6.2 Camping on the map is warned with "slap" then "slay", afterwards the player will be banned 30 minutes.
6.3 If willingly will refuse to plant/defuse the BOMB, the punish will be slay, afterwards the player will be banned 30 minutes
6.4 For any form of "trolling" the punishment is slay / kick / ban depending on the situation.
6.5 After 3 violations of the rules in less than 24 hours, the player can be punished with ban from 120 minutes to permanent.
* THE RULES APPLY TO THE PLAYERS AND THE ADMINIS
UNBAN REQUEST RULES
The player who wishes to make a unban request must take into account the following:
1. The unban request must be made no later than 24 hours after the you receive the ban.
2.Complete the request correctly and be as accurate as possible.
3. Avoid posthunting.
4. Use a decent language.
In the event of failure to comply the above rules, the request will be rejected.
The admin who banned a player that made an unban request, must comply the following:
1. Since the posting of the topic, the admin has a maximum of 24 hours to post the proof (demo / picture).

In the event of fail to comply the above, the admin risks to be downgraded or excluded from the team.
FOR ACCESS REQUEST YOU MUST COMPLY TO THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
- steam access.
- 50 hours played on the CS.DIAVOLA.RO server.
- minimum accepted age is 15 years.
- TeamSpeak3 (optional).
- The admin will start from helper.
- Access request completed correctly.
IMPORTANT: The admins who leave the comunity without a proper "request of withdraw", they cannot make another admin request if one month didint pass from the last admin activity they had.
HOURS REQUIRED TO JOIN AN UPPER ADMIN GRADE :
Helper gets automatically after approval of the access request
weekly minimum 10 h
Moderator is Receive a week after receiving helper access
weekly minimum 15 h
Super Moderator is receive (upon approved request) after 4 weeks of moderator access
minimum weekly 20 h
Administrator is receive (upon approved request) after 6 weeks of Super Moderator access
minimum weekly 30 h
grade awarded only with the founder's agreement
Co-Owner is receive (upon approved request) after 8 weeks of receiving Administrator access
a minimum weekly 40 h
grade awarded only with the founder's agreement
* Excluded from the rank of the helper -the players returning to the server after a temporary or permanent withdrawal request
-players who make server donations only with the founder's agreement.
* For non-fulfillment of the number of hours in 2 consecutive weeks without "absence request" the admin in question may get a downgrade or not have anymore acces.
* "Absence request" on behalf of an admin should not exceed a decent number in a short time (it remains at the owner's attitude)

In the admine request pattern, at the question "have you read the server rules?" the mandatory reply will be as follow: "I HAVE READ AND AGREED UPON RULES"
ALL ADMINS AND ACCESS CLAIMANTS (HELPER ... ETC.) HAVE THE OBBLIGATION TO reply in request pattern topic with
"I HAVE READ AND AGREED UPON RULES"
